She had six children: three sons and three daughters. Her three sons were all killed in the Chotan War. It was in that same war that Delenaria received the horrific scar that extends from her right temple all the way down to her lower abdomen.

Milea's entire life is something of an enigma. Her existence is due largely to a peculiarity of genetics that allowed a humanoid and a felinoid cross-breed. As such, she has many of the characteristcs of both species such as lightning-fast reflexes, enhanced sense of smell and enhanced speed. From her human side, she inherited greater upper body strength, keener eyesight (in addition to her already superior night vision) and having five digits on all of her "paws", as she prefers to call them.

Prior to being absorbed into the Star Alliance Navy, Milea held the rank of Lt. Colonel in both the Mercadian Militia and the Zendosian Marine Corps. (The Zendosians prefer to run their military under a single branch.) As such, upon completing the mandatory "Officer Certification Program" at OCS in Pensacola, Florida (Earth), she was granted the pay-grade of "Commander" by the United Star Alliance Senate on the reccomendation of Star Alliance Naval Command.
